Was wondering - is your car the stock height, or has it been lowered? Specifically, what size tires and rims are those?

I have a Sebring Silver and was looking at the same rims; just trying to see what everyone else is doing.

very sharp. I really, really, really like those Volk wheels. They look clean, classic and not too flashy.

BTW, I for one think you should leave the top of the car painted OEM black. I've always liked that look and think that Honda/Acura was onto something with mimicking the F16 cockpit idea.

Nice car.

Thanks for all compliments fellas, I was a bit nervous prior to receiving them wondering if indeed it was money well spent, since the Racing Harts weren't too shabby either. I'm really happy w/ the look, very aggresive looking and very well made rims!

My NSX has been lowered w/ the Comptech Koni/Eibach suspension. Rims are 17x8 +41 & 18x10 +43. Tires are Nitto 555 Extremes 225/40-17 & 275/35-18. I think this is the best tire fitment given the widths of the rims. I've had 215 up front and they looked ust a tad stretched, sidewalls just a bit too low profile creating a more visual fender gap & less rim protection. No rubbing issues, at most just a slight scrape at full lock of tire against the plastic fender lining. Ditto for the look of 275 in the rear, nice fat width, but not the xtra weight and disproportion of running a 285 rear & the common 215 up front. Hope this helps!

I once considered painting the top to match, but after I tinted my windows, the whole canopy just blends together nicely & this combo just happens to look sharp on a silver IMO. Also complements the color scheme of my interior. I have custom stock seats w/ gray bolsters on black and carbon fiber interior.

how much is your new wheels? Where did you order them?
How much is the tire cost?
Thanks

Love your car with the new wheels & is that a comptech exhaust?
I have GruppeM v.3 exhaust on order.

NYCNSX, thanks. I'll let Jessica know. She's just getting used to the fact that guys are checking out the car before her. She loves driving the NSX, you should see all the heads snapping when she's in the driver's seat! BTW, Do you know JZ in NY (yellow decked out NSX)? He'll be in the Washington DC area on Sept. 7 for the Import Showcase and we're planning an impromtu NSX meet at the convention center. Are you coming down?

INSX, the rims were purchased from Wheeloptions.com, I think a division of Discount Tire. Price was $2,060 including carbon fiber center caps & shipping to my door. Tires were from my old setup, I paid about $600 for the set, also from Discount Tire. The exhaust is DC Sports, which will be replaced as soon as my Taitec JGTC Parallel X arrives.

Thanks for all the compliments!

Hey Light W8! Good to see your car on the forum. I met you at the Thai restaurant about a year ago - I was the guy with the Brookland Green 95 NSX-T.

I have seen this beauty in person and I have to say it looks great. The interior is very tastefully done. My wife is not into cars much and even she was impressed by the looks.

Very nice... wheels look GREAT with a silver car.

I agree -- keep the roof/pillars black.

QWKSLVR NSX:

I was wondering if we may possibly meet up so I can see the wheels in person (I am ~ 5 minutes from the NOVA border). I am thinking about getting the GTPs but I really want to see them on a NSX itself before picking them up. I sent you an email also, so let me know by posting on this forum or email me. Thanks in advance.
