Question RE:Center Out Exhaust and Using Stock Bumper

I saw this pic on the SOS site. Is it using a stock bumper with the middle cut out?

It appears from the photo that the rear valence (the black piece below the stock bumper) isn't just cut out; it's missing entirely.

I'm not a big fan of the rear diffuser and is the only reason why im staying away from the center out exhaust. But if I could set mine up like the pic I posted then I would go for it.

That car has the stock lower valence removed, and the Marga Hills side spats. We have the exhaust in stock, and the spats available.
