Purchasing items in Classifieds Online

Question for you guys,
What is the best way to purchase an item in the NSX Prime Classified to be sure you won't get stiffed for the items being purchased. In other words, what is the best way to send payment through the U.S. Postal Service.

COD offers some protection...

Otherwise, sending payment via certified mail at least gives you proof that you sent something. But then so does a paid check.

Probably the safest is to find an NSX owner you know near the seller and see if they will conduct the transaction in person (you send them a certified check payable to the seller, they hand-deliver the check and pick up the item at the same time).

Another option would be to use an escrow service.
