This morning on my way to work in the NSX I got pulled over by a WSP for passing someone on the shoulder. Apparently he says that is illegal.
There's a spot on my way to work with a huge shoulder (bigger than a lane)where a right turn is and the people stopped at the light that aren't turning are in the way. I see people driving around other cars on it every day. The guy that pulled me over said he pulls someone over for that almost every morning on his way to work (it is right by the WSP station).
The rear window in the NSX is so short combined with my -R spoiler I had to lean down to see if his lights were actually on when he came up behind me.
He wrote down my license # and let me go.
That's the first time I've been pulled over in at least 6 years. :frown: I'm glad I had my front plate flipped down, though I doubt he would've noticed since he was behind me.
I now know to be more careful around WSP. I had previously incorrectly assumed that if I wasn't on a highway they'd leave me alone.
