proof snap ring was repaired by dealer

I had to self pay the snapring repair for my 1992 NSX back in 2001. It was a big bill that I will remember for the rest of my life. :biggrin: If a car had the repair history, I bet most owners would mention it or document it for the next buyer. I did give the buyer of my 92 NSX the full document. When he sold it, he did the same. I have a feeling that your tranny was untouched. Then again, it's only a speculation, and psychology from me.

i called dealer that did repair they know the car and the customer but there records only go back 2 yrs. and this was done more than 10yrs ago, mechanic is no longer there that did work.the last owner who was 2nd owner owned car since 1995
