Yessir! That car could smoke a lot of other cars at the time. The ultimate cheapa$$ sleeper car. Regularly surprised many an unsuspecting driver in the next lane. You're right about the torque steer, though. Unfortunately, some jerk ran into my wife and it was totaled when about 2 1/2 years old.
