I did fill out the build sheet, signed, submitted the 10k. Never had any communications after that regarding verification of order. Car came in to the dealer with all the upgrades on it. Was told by the dealer the factory changed their policy and they were all being built this way! In the long run I'm probably in a better way but it sure was a funky deal at the end.You didn't order the $16k in upgrades and the dealer just added them on? I had to submit a build sheet, sign it, sign the invoice with the same MSRP as the build sheet and wire $10k before they would accept the order. When I wanted to change the options, I had to resubmit a new build sheet, sign it, and wait 2 weeks for Acura to approve the change. After that process, I would've expected them to get the order right. It's not that big of a deal but it's definitely a smh.
