We got the diffusor from R showcar.
Because that part dont will fit with our exhaust system we have to be creative and
add some mods. Also fix cooling problems.

We got some technical questions about our NSX-R front airduct.
We are using the same technology as the original, because that system provides the best air flow and cooling effects.
We have tested different airducts at the NSX-R race car and at our car,
finally the one which was installed at the standard NSX-R is the best one regarding water temperature.
Direct bolt on and closed air ducts at the ventilator have some issues,
the air from the rest of the radiator area outside that system will be collected under the hood,
especially by using the closed front underbody plate.
Our test results here were poor, the water temperature, a sensitive theme if using the R concept
was higher as using the standard duct.
But thats probably not the main problem if you only drive with speed limits.

This center part you are talking about...is that the part of the center console that is above the current portion you all make in carbon? Basically, the part with the clock and AC vents that I was asking for you all to make like a few months ago instead of the Nav Pod? If so, put me down for that as well. Can't wait for pics. :smile:
Yes, it is.
First we dont had the intension to produce that because we wanted to go with the nav pod.
Regarding our consequent weight saving program we decided to install our oil temperature LED into that part, its possible after some modifications.
If there is a good feedback and request for that part, we will produce some.

After 2 month of hard work we are proud to present
production models no 01-03/10 as limited edition
of the new Procar carbonfiber rear bumper beams
No 01/10 is installed at our car for fitment test.
Also the alignment with the bumper is like original.
The new carbonfiber crashbox weight is 1.6 - 1.8 kg.
We have used F1 production technology for that parts for a maximum weight
reduction. That part is ultrastrong.
(The NSX aluminium rear tow hook can be further be used as option,
we will remove it at our car to save another 0.8 kg)
Since today we also have 2 new cf cooling panels for NA2 (2002+) LHD in stock.

we do stop the production because of other projects.
We will book no 10/10 for you :smile:
We will start working on that in january.
After some test drives at the Nürburgring in April/Mai 2008, the part will be introduced summer 2008.
We plan to produce a time attack video at the Nordschleife after all parts are installed at our car.

we spend the day to install some of our new cf parts at the Procar NSX.
Our new lightweight cf rear bumper beam is installed (1.6 kg),
also the new cf licence plate surround.
There is no single modification on other parts necessary to install these parts.
We installed a plug and play version of the licence plate surround,
means that part can be reinstalled without removing the rear bumper.
Some impressions from today's work......
