Here: Shine Project resin lip. Very flexible. I would say its almost urethane-like.

here is mine... Its a Seibon if im not mistaken, must have been from an older batch. This pic was from NSXPO 07 and I recently replaced mine with another Seibon and the fitment isnt as good and it sticks out way to much. Almsot destroyed after about 6 months and about Ive only driven it a few times.
