When I checked on my Roadsters they were not available from the factory in leather. Mine were originally black fabric, with black soft plastic for the wear areas.
I had my seats shipped to Stitchcraft. They let me pick the exact shade and quality of leather. Only the front of my seats are covered, the back has exposed black fiberglass. It took 3 months and they charged $400 for each seat.
I'm doing a lot of other work to my car so it's up on jackstands. I haven't driven it with the Sparcos installed, but I think the OEM seats are going to be hard to beat for comfort. I'm holding onto my OEM seats just in case I don't like the Sparcos. They sure do smell good though.
The Sparcos have one big advantage over OEM seats. They're tight on my butt, and I'm 6' and 165lbs. No fat chicks allowed! Now I can honestly say "Sorry honey, I'd love to take you for a ride, but your butt won't fit in the car."
