Hello all,I have an inop. center speaker and almost no bass in my `92 with a stock system.I read somewhere in here that this could be an AMP. problem?My question is;where is this Amp located,and can the local radio repair facility repair this,or do i send it somewhere that specializes in these?Has anyone had this done lately and how much does it cost usually?Thanks everyone,it`s great to have access to you guys!

The amplifier that powers the center speaker also powers the subwoofer. It's located in the passenger footwell. There are several facilities that repair these, including the manufacturer (Bose), at a cost of around $100 if you ship it to them.
