Pohanka Acura NSX Meet June 8th!!!

John McC- whaddaya mean SECOND annual Pohanka meet?!!? I organized them for a few years before I moved to N. Carolina. Pls. tell GM Lenny Gonzalez that Howard says hello. If you need a nice ~ 1.5 hour driving route thru horse country and back to Pohanka, let me know.

Sorry I can't make this one. Thanks for carrying on the tradition.

Happy V-Tec'ing everyone!

2nd one I've done Howard!!! When I started at Pohanka Lenny said it had been a few years and never did he have a showing like we did last year:)

The route that put someone in a tree?

I am new to this as you can tell. Location @ Rt 50. Chantilly?

I have never been to this event. Any rules I need to follow.

Any details on event (time, activities etc) would be helpful.

Cheers
Ram.

"The route that put someone in a tree?"

yeah, that one- except it was a telephone pole, and it was an S-2000. The guy had just got it out of the shop, after having it (too) lowered. He had very little suspension travel, and no experience driving it with the new set-up. Came into a turn too hot and over-corrected. Luckily no-one was hurt- although the impact snapped the telephone pole.

I think the most we ever had was 18-20 NSX's, so glad to hear the turnout is better than ever.

Lenny tells that story all the time!!! I think we might have to go for a drive this year and do some carting in Sterling.

My brother will be bringing out his infared camera to the meet so we can take some pictures, etc. Should be pretty cool!!!
