Please help!!!

I have 2000 nsx with 59000 miles. Yesterday I did a oil change and clean my battery terminal. So this morning I went to start the car it was fine. Took the car out for a spend around the block and when I came to dead stop, my rpm drops all the to zero and my car does. The battery and oil light came on but no ck engine light. Then I restarted the car and it was fine. Then drove it around the block and same thing happens. Can anyone plz help me with this problem. Thanks

Battery terminal is tight and clean of corrosion and i put in 5quarts of oil.

It's probably your main relay (the most discussed known failure on these cars of all times). Go to the DIY forum and do a search on "Main Relay". You'll find your problem there :wink:.

Thanks buddy. The funny thing was I put in a new battery and the car would not crank so I remember one of the guys on the forum said hit the passenger side seat and that will do the trick, and sure enough it work. So I'm n the process of ordering one right now. Is there a DIY ON THE MAIN RELAY???
