Picture request: NSX w/tinted windows

I have strongly considered tinting my nsx. I am trying to figure out what percentage to tint.

suggestions and pictures would be great!!

I have a 98'NSX-T.

With the NSX having such LARGE windows (especially the front windshield) you really need to tint the car if you don't want to get cooked at stoplights.

I'm actually debating if I want to lightly tint my entire front windshield as it would really protect my dash from UV and keep the cabin cooler.

Right now the back large window and 2 side windows are tinted. The smaller rear windows is stock and left untouched.

Keep in mind black tint on a black interior car will seem darker so you want to do less % compared to say a cool silver tint on a tan colored interior.

Just do a good 28% tint on the sides and rear hatch. Haven't you taken notice of other NSX's with tint at your local gtg's?

Actually, it's easier to pull teeth and there's more of a profit margin for me. :biggrin:

Don't know the exact tint % - but it is completely legal in Texas.

I agree. It doesn't have large windows to me either.
I have my rear hatch tinted pretty dark, sorry, no % number.
My side windows aren't as dark and my front is completely free of tint.

I just recently tinted mine with 3M 20% for the rear, 35% for the sides and the front strip. I took these pictures quickly so I hope they serve your needs.:tongue::tongue:
