Thanks, The supra wheels fit good in the back with a 275, the fronts however had to be narrowed 9/16" to fit without a spacer. So far the I have made 530whp on the T78 at 22psi. Now I am running a T88 I expect to see about a 60-80whp increase. Hoping to make over 650whp at 26+psi.

Very nice! I wanted to run 30+ psi, but my fuel system ran out at 28. I just wanted to break 600whp. I may add a methonal injection kit(AEM controlled), instead of doing a whole new fuel system. That much power in an MR2 should pull the wheels.. thats awesome.

MR2liter, nice looking MR2 and that is one bad ass exhaust. Reminds me of my old 91. It had supra rims too. Both the front and rears were narrowed 1/2 inch. This allowed me to run the 275's in the rear which were huge for a MR2 at that time and I think still are. 2BAR was a piece of cake with a TS04 and it hooked up great :) Lot's of fun while I had her.

Since you are from Texas you may know that the previous owner of my MR2 was Brad Bedell and he's the one that did the rim narrowing and the body work. Great guy with tons of MR2 knowledge! Oh yeah, what's up with the junked 1st and 2nd gen in the background?

Good luck in the search for more power  and keep us updated!

Oh yes I know all about this car. I just recently saw it on ebay :)
Brad isa good friend of mine and has helped me out tremendously with my mr2 project. He lived about 10 min away from me :). The mr2 in the background are all part of the mr2 graveyard called ATS racing.:)

Cool MR2. I recently bought one as well its a 1993 MR2 NA. Really clean and solid car.

MR2's are fantastic cars. I've had 2 93's and a 91. They still bring some decent money in good cond. They are among the most dependable cars I've ever owned. It's ashame they went away in 95.:frown:

Very nice. Almost had me one of those cars back in 1990, but the Toyota dealership attempted to pull a fast one on my closing price because it was new model back then, that I ended up laughing at them and went to the Acura dealership down the street and walked out with a brand new Integra.

Yeah....i'm thinking of selling mine, but it's such a fun daily driver. Then again, if I get an NSX, I have two cars that have the same limitations.

What would be the point. LOL

MR2liter,
Looking good bro and nice to know you are still around, this is Gregg ol' texasmr2 from the MR2forum's it's been about 4yr's so longtime no talk LOL! I plan on getting another MR2 sooner or later and shooting for that elusive 1000hp I used to talk so much about.

Remember my old MR2T with the T66 turbo?

EDIT: I forgot to say that when I went by Chris K's shop one time while it was still under construction he meantioned he had built an engine that made 700+whp so maybe that was you he spoke of.

Still love these cars, I owned a 88 SC, 91 Turbo and a 93 Turbo before I moved to NSXes. They hold their value well and are just simply fun to toss around!

Nice MR2, my friend is planning on getting that same model.

Did you ever run it in the 1/4?
