smite your a Troll, go away!

Brett that sucks, let me know if I can help in any way. :frown:
Keep your sprits up and ignore the looters / haters.
Whoa let's not be so harsh Brian.

smite is actually quite cool, from what I gather. He may have upset a lot of people with the wording of his post, but I doubt that he meant any offense, since he didn't know Brett.

Best wishes to Brett in his recovery.

I don't think it was idiotic to mention the difference in rooms. (Not knowing SNDSOUL had two stores, I was going to ask the same question about the difference in the rooms out of curiosity until I saw smites post.)
I don't think it is expected that all 9,685 members of Prime know SNDSOUL as a respected member nor that he has more than one store.
Smite only mentions the rooms were different, not that the damage wasn't authentic.

The destruction caused by Katrina and later by looters is terrible and I wish that SNDSOUL and everyone affected by Katrina can rebuild or relocate and get some order and sanity back into their lives as soon as possible...

Notice the Smilies buddy!

Yes I noticed them:smile: - I quoted your post and responded while thinking about DocL's somewhat strongly worded post about being insensitive (sorry about that)

To quote or not to quote? Perhaps I would have been better off presenting my thoughts w/o the quote

Anyway, I wish everyone the best in getting back on track after Katrina's devastation!!!

I'm a one dimensional wanker who does not think before i type thus i posted: That's pretty insensitive of you. Here we have a known member of Prime and when he shows us the destruction of his business, which is ultimately his livelihood, you go ahead and question his authenticity. Maybe next time you should write "I don't believe a thing you stated because the pictures clearly don't match." You'd make a great insurance investigator at the same time. Shesh, people like you really make me mad. Maybe next time it'll be you and your family who suffer such an extreme loss.

<snip>..

MY MY.. some people definitely have a stick shoved up somewhere sideways where it really doesn't belong! Did i question the authenticy of his post? NO! I just made an observation that the BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES ARE NOT THE SAME.. So please go find someone new to burn at the stake ok? I have to love it when some idiot is trying to put words into my mouth.. :(

Normally.. most normal posts use a "before" and "after" analogy to do a comparison for the same object. ie: this is my car before being painted.. and this is my car after being painted.. Now wouldn't you scratch your head if i posted a picture of a '67 nova as being the before picture and a '99 NSX as the after picture? I'm glad that at least some other people wondered the same thing that i did.. guess they knew better than to post as it would raise the ire of the witchhunters. Nice going all you dweebs who turn a simple lighthearted observation into a post where i question his authenticity and character!

Whoa, let's all take a breath and calm down.

I think we're all on the same side here. Let's all apologize and shake hands and be friends again. Everyone on this thread are good people.

Maybe if you go back and look at the succession of posts, I only posted after SNDSOUL replied to you in a similar manner. Why did he feel that he had prove to you that his store was damaged by posting other pictures. Maybe it's because you are are the "one dimensional wanker who does not think before i type thus i posted".

By the way, you deserve something else to be put in your mouth.

Hmmm let me think about this.....

Newbe with 8 posts to his name and adds salt to the wound of person who has lost just about everything he has. This person is a upstanding member of this community, who took a few minutes out of his hectic life so he could share some pics with us.

We ALL can see it is not the same pic, but the smart people can read between the lines and see what the message is.

......gee I can now see where I am being to harsh

Brett, hope all of your family is well, looks like you got alot of work to do, as stated in previous posts, you have great employees, I just hope you can get them back to work soon...God bless..JZ

Now back to the "WANKING"

ok, maybe I am a little on edge Smite, sorry for the backlash, but I have had some real idiots lately. With all of the extra people in my house and all of the commotion going on, I can see where I might read your post a little different than you meant it. Three days ago I got in a fight with my neighbor because he called the cops on me. It seems that the dog of my brother in law, who lost everything he owns and is staying in my home, was barking too much!! I proceeded to let him know exactly what I thought of his insensitivity to my situtation, probably a little too severely, but he sold his house today, so good riddens. I appreciate everyones good wishes and I am confident that I will make this a positive occurance. I probably needed something like this to bring me back to the ground anyway

I drove down to Bay St. Louis this morning to help a friend clean up his mother's house. She lives 2 1/2 miles from the beach and her house sits 24' above sea-level. She had 4' of water in her house...When people say storm surge you'd better believe it.

New Orleans seems to be getting a lot more press coverage but the devastation that I saw in south Mississippi today has to be seen to be believed.

Photographs just don't do the area justice.

I HAD a store in Bay St Louis on Hwy 90. :frown: Thankyou for helping your friend, as I am sure he needed a friend right now.

Thanks for being able to understand my perspective sndsoul and accept my post for what it was. I wanted to add I am sorry for your loss and hope that everything works out for you. Prayers for you and your family.

thankfully, I have plenty of food and bottled water. I also had two generators for power during the two weeks we didnt have any. It was gas that was sooooo hard to get since none of the gas stations were open for hundreds of miles :frown: Like I said before, I had a fortunate outcome compared to most in this area. My house did well, no one in my family was hurt and I still have a job. That is alot more than most people can say.
