I forget what its called in Korean. Its hard to keep track when theres almost 200 types of kimchi out there. But its seasoned with salt, sugar, garlic, red pepper and green onions. A sweet and salty taste that is very good! A lot of my friends dont like the regular, spicy, cabbage kimchi, but they love the cucumber one. :smile:
