Hey guys and gals, I've been browsing through this forum for some time now and have picked up a wealth of information with regard to my recent purchase.

Last Saturday, I picked up a 94 Brooklands green NSX with some mods (comptech headers, exhaust, dali chip, konig wheels, etc.) and am so excited about it that I find myself going to my garage at all hours of the day just to look at this beautiful machine. Still can't believe she's mine!

I'm looking forward to many years of ownership and experiences through this new journey.

Thank you all for your great posts and excellent information! Hopefully I can also contribute to this knowledge base as time advances.

Regards,

Dan

Congratulations and welcome to ownership.Interresting color, depending on the light level and angle it can look almost black.

Congrats and enjoy.

Some say 94 is the best year. It is a classy color, not that many out there with that color option.

Congratulations and welcome!

If that car came from NY, I know it well and it was well loved out here by it's owner(s)

i don't think that is simon's car because he does not have rims on his car.

Congrats and welcome.
I'm new to the NSX seen also and just bought a 1994.
love it.
Have a great 4th.

Hey Dan, Welcome! Was this the car that was for sale in Oakley by Al?

Ed

Thanks guys! Happy to be here!

Yes, I bought the car from Al out in Oakley. He was really cool to deal with which was a plus when dealing with craigslist so I'm happy.

I'll post up some pics shortly. Just got done changing the oil, bleeding the brakes and clutch, and detailing the interior.

Congrats on the purchase and welcome to the club!
I agree that the '94 is the best year. I've bought two '94's.
They are the "driver's car" with lighter weight and more rigidity than the later model cars. They also have OBDI vs OBDII. This makes them easier to modify and manage.

Ok, so here are some garage pics... Sorry for the low quality... Should be posting some better pics soon

Welcome to the forum!

I absolutely love Brooklands Green. I wanted either that or Berlina Black for my first NSX. I've had black, now I'm curious about green.

Congrats, I really like the Brooklands. Enjoy the ride!

Congrats. Last year I brieflly had a '95 Brooklands and now have a '92 Blk/Blk. Love the Brooklands color it is so interesting in different lighting. Enjoy your new toy!

Looks great! That color is definitely rare and nice looking to boot.

ah yes another brooklands green owner. Its a color that definitely grows on you. its a classy elegant color vs the loud "look at me" color. I would prefer the louder color myself, but that is because i'm still young.

Great color combo!!!
Congratulations!
now, get ready for years of motoring fun!

Ok guys, its been exactly 10 days of NSX ownership and I can honestly say I am extremely happy with it! Of course there are some things that need to be repaired and fixed, but overall, I am very impressed. I've always been a Honda enthusiast and have owned many different kinds of cars including (95 Civic (B18C1 Turbo), 92 Civic (B18C1), 99 Civic, 85 RX7, 88 RX7 Turbo II, Mercedes CLK 430, 64 Impala, and the list goes on).

After testing the waters with different manufacturers, I believe Honda is the most reliable and built to last, not to mention, they are relatively easy to work on.

I wasn't originally a fan of green cars, but the Brooklands Green has definitely grown on me and now I love it! I love how it is classy and not too eye catching, kind of sleek and unobtrusive.

Here are some more pics I snapped yesterday at my buddy's house.
