Had a nice puddle of coolant in my garage and had my car flatbedded to the shop where they were able to quickly diagnose that it was sight tube leak in this aftermarket coolant tank. I did not check this thread until after it was diagnosed and realized it was a known point of failure.
Bumping this for any others who may have had a similar problem to save themselves from the huge scare.

I went with the black silicone sleeve from The NSX Shop after considering many aftermarket options and it looks great..That is to say it disappears..
I had this and one other aftermarket coolant tank and switched back to OEM with the Type R cover. The OEM coolant tank is a complex design and it has not been, as far as I know, been replicated by any aftermarket design. I believe some of my coolant temp issues were connected to using an aftermarket tank.
