It only works for 96+ because you need to plug in an obd II device. I put maybe 2k a year on my car.
I've had snap shot from progressive but its not pay per mile. Apparently the rules are different for each state on what data they can collect and use to determine your rate.
I tried it out for a month but it beeped every time I pressed the brake harder than 7 miles/second.
