I listed a car for sale in the "NSX for Sale" forum. The car sold. I closed the thread and a moderator inserted the following in my post:
Why not require a donation before allowing one to open a "for sale" thread, rather than passive/aggressively guilting or embarrasing one into a donation after they've sold their item? This has left a bad taste in my mouth about Prime. I am substantially less likely to donate after seeing a message like that. Is this supported by the site administrator (Lud), or is this just one of the moderator's idea?
An answer to my last question would be much appreciated.
Thank You
P.S. All of my leads and the buyer came via Auto Trader (my intention is not to criticize the Prime Classifieds, but to preempt someone from saying I received benefit from my ad and thus should donate)
Now I would feel guilty if I did not donate to Prime. Now where is that paypal link?
