I don't think you need any further confirmation, but that's the belt number I installed in my '96 in March of this year, and all is very well. I didn't do the water pump with only 47k mi on the car.
If you haven't read the NSX Timing Belt/Water Pump DIY on NSX prime, do so. It was a great supplement to the manual. While not necessary, for us anal engineer types marking the pulleys and the old & new belts in step 27 of the DIY gave an extra level of assurance that the belt was 100% timed correctly.
A simple item I would add to the DIY: remove the oil filter before removing the oil cooler. It allows more room for the crank pulley wrench tool.
Let me know if you also find that the absolute worse bolt to remove & reinstall is the lower left bolt of the upper rear timing cover. There's been some curious descriptions in this forum on how individuals have attacked that bolt.
