Part Number for 97+ Calipers and Bracket

I did a search and found a lot of useful information on the 97+ brake swap, however, I couldn't find the actual part numbers for this item. Anyone know what the exact part number for the front and rear , left and right 1997+ brake calipers and brackets? Thanks.

Just out of curiosity, does anyone know what the difference is between the 91-94 brake calipers and the 95-96? It appears to have different part numbers and the 95-96 is the most expensive of them all. Even more expensive than the 97+. I also found it odd that the rear calipers are more expensive than the fronts.
