panama city vaca. need suggestions.

We are planning a group vaca to panama City the week of labor day. I'm looking for recommendation on offshore fishing.
There are so many different charter boat and fishing companies it's giving me a headache. So for the local folks, who would you recommend that would accommodate a group of six and have great pricing? Anyone know where to go for squid fishing? We will be staying in panama city beach area. From sept. 1- sept. 5.
