I have a 1995 and I have the original cast manifolds. I am about to install some 1997 OEM headers and if my memory serves, I will be needing longer oxygen sensor (O2) wires.

Will I be able to just order 1997 O2 sensors and be plug and play or will I need to order wire extenders of some sort?

My 1995 has four sensors and is an OBD II (as is the 1997 model).

Thanks in advance.

I also have a '95 and replaced the manifolds with OEM headers from a '97. I had the headers jet coated, used the SOS longer O2 sensor wires, retained the stock exhaust and decided to replace all 4 O2 sensors. Great swap and everything was a stratigh

Get O2 extensions harness. Ebay is a source.

Good call, Asylum. I am curious though, does voltage decrease over a longer distance and hence, the difference in the model numbers and O2 sensors? Seems to me that if I extend the wiring, I need to compensate for that. Thoughts?
