We use weldon pumps on many turbo setups we've done. From street cars that have over 40k miles on the pump, to one we've been tracking for 4 years now. Never one failure. Most turbos dont actually need much oil, especially the ball bearing center sections. Its a small stream that will actually discharge out of the turbo. -10 lines are usually even overkill for return setups
Whats important on a Scavenging pump is that its a positive displacement pump. We've found on some kits they dont provide a pump that is actually positive displacement and have seen oil backing up and blowing the seals on the turbo.
