I was confused that if I change after market oil filter to my NSX, will it run better or cause some problem ?

After market oil filters are like K&N, Motomaster, Fram...etc.

Give me some suggestion... :(

OEM Honda filters specific to the NSX work just fine and have 14 years of history to back it up. As far as I know, there is no real incentive to switch and plenty of potential pitfalls. The Honda OEM filters are very well-constructed and perform well compared to other "high-performance" aftermarket filters. My advice: don't bother.

Agreed, stick with an OEM filter & crush washer. Not worth a switch IMO. Make sure you get the NSX filter instead of the Legend.

The part number is 15400-PL2-004. Use this when ordering. I don’t think the part number is listed on the filter itself; However, a new, shirkwrapped filter should have label with this part number.

The NSX filter is about 4.5 inches tall. The Legend filter is shorter.
