Trying to get a mock up a sample system and does anyone run the accusump in the trunk and oil cooler in the right side engine duct? My worry was loosing oil pressure running such long lines all over the place. I think I would need 3 6ft lines to complete the loop. I guess I could find a place in the engine compartment to mount the accusump.
I've had mine a couple of different ways.
Second picture was early on when I still had a stock bodied car.
The third picture is what I converted to awhile back.
Won't help you much since I run the Laminova oil to water cooler. But you can still mount the accusump in the truck and plumb to you oil cooler wherever you decide to put it.

None enough to lose any sleep over.
Not sure what you mean "how long of a line did you use from cooler to accusump in trunk"
If your referring to picture 1, they are plumbed together within a couple of feet. But the feed and return lines to the oil adapter are about 5-6 feet each.
All and all I would say there's somewhere between 14' to 15' total.
I am also using the billet oil pump gear as well.
Nick Frunzi (9Doors) is running an oil cooler thats in his radiator (PRW) and again not enough pressure drop to worry about and he's probably running 25' up and back.
Not sure if Nick is using the billet gear or not.
I think I'm running about 22' of -10 hose. Pressures are just fine. Temps have been reasonable…I run cooler oil, but warmer water than Coz at this point. Next change is to remove the shroud and dual fans from the PWR. The shroud has no openings in it except for the fans and I'm sure that isn't helping. Just need to cut the welds off. Then I can test heat soak w/o the fans. I can easily run one if I need it by using a set of these.
