Update:

Tanks materials have been lasered, awaiting forming. My welder is leaving on vacation friday, won't be back for a week. That will push us a little on delay, as I only trust 1 person to do our beautiful welding (not just anyone can do this type of artwork). Will update as soon as welding completes and moves to powder-coating phase. Thanks!

Can't wait to get and install mine! Question: What's the best way to bleed out the air after pouring the coolant back in?

I use a vacuum pump to remove the old coolant, then remove the tank.

Install new tank and hoses, then refill with new coolant. Only fill the tank about 1/2 or slightly less on the clear sight.
Start the car, let it idle with the cap OFF for about 10-15 minutes until the heater is blowing hot and the engine is at full normal temp.
Turn the car off and re-install the cap.
