Can anyone tell me what OE tyres were supplied with 3.0 manual cars and 3.2 manual cars ?

I have found different litreature with some saying RE010 for the 3.0 cars and RE010 or RE040 for the 3.2 cars.

Also can anyone provide some feedback on the RE010 vs the RE040 other than the fact that the RE010 is directional.

Thanks.

Thanks.

What is the difference between Re010 H0's and H1's ? I have found some retailers selling two different versions.

The '91-01 came with either Yokohama A022 tires or Bridgestone Potenza RE010 tires. The '02-05 came with the Bridgestone Potenza RE040.

The RE040 came in the sizes for '02-05 (215/40-17 and 255/40-17) whereas the RE010 came in the sizes for '91-93 (205/50-15 and 225/50-16) and for '94-01 (215/45-16 and 245/40-17).

I know the Yokohama A022 carried the H1 designation for the '91-93 sizes, and the H0 designation for the '94-01 sizes. The same is probably true of the RE010.

Note that these tires are corner-specific, so that the front sizes are designed to be used on the NSX front, and the rear sizes on the NSX rear. Their construction differs, front vs rear. You can read more here.

Just bought a set of OE RE010 H0's (16 fronts 17 rears) from Tire Rack in US, these sizes are not available in Australia. Very good service. Only took 8 days from order to arrival.
