OE or Universal O2 Sensors?

I was visiting BOSCH's website and found the NSX O.E. Oxygen Sensor going for about $200 .... or you can go with BOSCH's "Universal 4-wire" Oxygen Sensor for about $60.

I think the NSX requires two. Is the OE and Universal the same other than the harness? Are we paying a premium on the OE for just the harness connection or is the actual sensor different?
