odometer adjustment

If I swap out my cluster, is it easy to adjust the odometer to match? i.e. as simple as physically turning the numbers?

Can't answer that but I do have a 3.5RL that had a new dash put in by the local dealership. They could not reset the odometer but put a sticker in the drivers side door well inidicating the previous mileage and a big warning not to remove (sort of like removing a mattress tag:smile: )

Any speedo shop can do the job easily . Just get a certificate indicating when, why and who altered it. Most legit speedo shops insist on this as it is the law in some states.

You should be able to swap out the odo indicator without much fuss. Easier than trying to roll the numbers...

Thanks guys. I'll check with a speedo shop, not Speedo! =)

I can swap it out but I'm going MPH to KPH so the numbers will go much faster... plus I have to multiply by 1.6
