Should there be a cover over the OBD port on a 1997 NSX-T? Can someone post a picture. Thank you.

my 99 had a cover over it.

A NSX I looked at during my search was missing the cover. The owner said that it was misplaced when he got the car smogged, and he didn't notice it until later. Maybe that's what happened to you?
My previous nsx, a 95, had the cover missing. I chalked it up to it being a bad design as it is annoying to attach and re-attach. I bought one from Honda for that car as the dash looks unfinished without it.
