No power to OBD2 port

So this is a bit embarrassing , but I can't seem to locate where the OBD2 port gets power from on my 2000.
I've been digging through the service manual, but just can't seem to figure it out. Has anyone every had to try and track down a dead OBD2 port?

Any help or hints would be greatly appreciated.

Should be from fuse 33 (the clock fuse) on the wht/yel wire on the back of the data link connector. It gets to the DCL via connectors C475 and C243 (you will need the service manual or the ETS to find those).

@Old Guy Thanks again for guidance. I found a broken pin in c243. Now it's time to go down the immobilizer programming rabbit hole.
