Would a faulty O2 sensor cause the engine to misfire under load? Is there a way to check the O2 sensor?

Are you getting a check engine light? If not your o2's are OK.
A miss under a load is an ignition problem, bad spark plug, bad coil, bad connections to the coils ....

Thanks Brian,

I am not getting a check engine light, but while tuning I get a big voltage diff. between both O2 sensors. Seems to be the rear O2 sensor so I will check the rear coils and plugs as per your suggestion.
