NSXPO Registration Open - Early Bird Discounts

how long before confirmation is sent?
My goal is to send confirmations by the end of this weekend to everyone who has signed up on the website by Friday night, everyone who has faxed a registration by Friday night, and everyone who has mailed in a registration that is received at our post office box by the next time I pick up the mail (probably some time this Sunday).

Re: NSXPO2004 EarlyBird Discount Special

Couple of quick questions...

I found out I cannot make the HPDE on Monday and Tuesday... also won't be able to join except for a couple of hours on Saturday... Wife's, babysitter and work schedule all conflict for all the other days.. :(

Do I have to pay for the whole event even though I can make it for a couple of hours? I really want to meet more people in the NSX Community and see all the other beautiful NSXs out there. :)

TIA
Jay

All members of the NSX Club of America are welcome to come to the track event on Monday and Tuesday as spectators, including those who have not registered for NSXPO 2004.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer "a la carte" pricing for each of the individual activities over the weekend. It would just be too much of an administrative headache to keep track of who has and has not paid for each individual activity.

 I am being denied registration without being a member, yet I've been a member since 2001? I sent in my renewal on 7/26/04. Leaving in ten minutes for the airport, so it looks like I'll lose the early registration discount....

Keith,

email Ken and Peter and let them know of this problem and I am sure you will still get the discount. I will call Peter for you later.

Also, you can fax the form in as well.

I am trying to register via online, and the total amount does not reflect the early bird discount. How do I change the total amount to reflect the early bird discount?

Thank you.

Tiger,

You cannot update the fees on the site. Please register as is, and just private me today and I will insure you are in reciept of the discount.

Thanks,
LarryB

Tiger,

I tried the website using your name and it worked fine with the early bird discount.

Do it today, and if it doesn't give it to you, I'll manually adjust it so that your credit card is charged for the correct amount.

Quick?

How will you be sending these confirmations? By PM or email?
I faxed in this morning, hope you got it.

Signed up online (1 driver, HPDE only), but paid the WRONG amount via Paypal (my error: overpaid). Already got PAYPAL confirmation for $570 (should be $520).

Hopefully the transaction posts OK.
I got a "sorry you are not registered" message :(

Should I just mail / fax the paperwork? Please advise ??

Please e-mail me at [email protected], so I have a record of the transaction. I will make sure the correct amount is charged or we will return any over payment.

Thanks,
LarryB

I'm close to meeting the goal.

I have entered registrations, and sent e-mail confirmations, to everyone who signed up on the website (or Paypal) by last Sunday, faxed the registrations by today (Sunday), and everyone who has mailed in a registration that was received at the post office by this afternoon. Those who requested confirmations by e-mail or mail, these will be sent tomorrow (Monday).

For those who signed up on the website (or Paypal) since last Sunday, I will be working on your registrations tomorrow and sending confirmations then.

The registration form has a place where you can specify whether you want to receive your confirmation by e-mail, postal mail, or fax. If no box is checked, I send an e-mail confirmation. None are sent by PM, although I am happy to answer any questions sent by PM (as well as e-mail) regarding individual registrations or registration policies.

I will adjust your registration to the proper amount. If it was overpaid, I will mail you a refund check. Since yours was sent by Paypal last week, I have not yet gotten to it, but I will, tomorrow.

This is now complete.

You can still sign up and come to NSXPO 2004!!! Go to the event website and click on "fees and registration". It's the most fun you can have in your NSX... with your clothes on, anyway!

Those registering on the website or by fax should receive an e-mail confirmation within 2-4 days of registering.

Those sending in registrations by postal mail need to allow time for the mail to be delivered to Chicago, plus the mail may sit around for a while in the box (the mail is picked up at least once a week, usually on Sundays), plus another 2-4 days for the mail to be entered into the database, at which time the confirmations are sent.

If you think you should have received a registration confirmation by now but haven't, or if you have any questions about registering for NSXPO 2004, send me a PM or an e-mail and I'll try to help.
