The hotel has a huge parking lot and structure. Outside on the uncovered parking lot will be plenty of area to park big rigs and trailers. As to the cars themselves, we have made accommodations to have them all grouped together in the covered parking structure with ample, 24 hour, security. Your baby(s) will be safe.

No that car will not be safe. That POS will probably end up somewhere in the desert and stripped bare. The NSX's will be safe.

Some are and the ones that aren't, are willing to pay for NSXCA membership prior to signing up. If this is possible, please advise how they should sign up? Also, would that be the only event they are allowed to attend (such as the group drive Saturday)?

The hpde portion of the track event has a separate fee and is for nsxs/nsxca members. The social portion at the track is for auto cross/skid pad/etc and is sold out.

Only the 250 social registrants may participate in the group drive and it is sold out as well.

Yes, if you have registered for NSXPO, there is nothing else you need to do at this time. Some time next week, an e-mail will be sent to all registered individuals with further event details. The HPDE will be a separate sign up for registered NSXPO attendees, which will follow in 1-2 weeks.

Common Carrier Group discounts

Does anyone know of, or had experience with, a train/truck transport company that offers group discounts?

Just to clarify about the hpde:

Due to capacity limits imposed by the track, only Nsxpo social registrants will be able to also register for the hpde. In other words, we will not be able to offer hpde registration to anyone who is not already signed up for Nsxpo.

Last week on the 29th I called the event hotel and booked a room at the hotel. I got on line and updated my nsxca membership as it had lapsed.
After updating the membership I tried to sign up for nsxpo but couldn't. I figured my membership hadn't yet gone through.
I tried over the weekend and still couldn't.
I tried again today and see the event is wait list only.

We are sorry for the confusion. The correct dates are 5/25 for NSXCA registration and 5/29 for general registration. This has been updated online. We are working on the final technical details on the new NSXCA site that will be used for registration. An e-mail to existing NSXCA members with a link for registration will be sent today, approximately 5pm PST. Please check your e-mail for registration info after 5pm if you would like to register today.

Existing members were permitted to register early as of the 25th and new members were permitted to register as of the 29th. The event sold out in under 8 days.

On the 29th. I tried renewing my membership and signing up and couldn't.
I first did the membership... Than I tried to register. I couldn't log in a a member.
I figured this was due to my membership hadn't gone through yet.

I had a pone number for the hotel so I could call and book my room.
Had I had some contact info for the registration I would have tried to use it to deal with the issue.

Looking at my paypal account I see that I wasn't charged for the membership.

I had been watching the original NSXPO thread but I see this was replaced by a new thread.
Had I seen this and watched the new thread I would have see the more the more up to date information.
