PARTY!!!

Amy and I want to thank everybody for attending the party on Sunday. We had a blast and hope everyone else did too! Sorry for the close quarters, but we all seemed to find a space. Our house and our dog (Sidney) survived the festivities just fine.:D
Thanks to everyone mentioned above and also a special thanks to Greg Strang for bringing the beer, wine, and ice. Thanks also to Gil Leach for bringing the soft drinks. A very special thanks to Valerie and Eric Iwasaki for the appetizers and their extra help!
We are already looking forward to the next holiday party and the Auto-X on 3/6!
Keep posting pictures.

PS- That pole is for whatever you want to use it for!!!

Mark & Amy, Steve, John & Tina,

Thanks so much for opening your house and preparing all the food and coordinating the time and date.

It was my first time coming out to a NSX Club Meet and I must say it was fun.

Cheers to your family and Merry Christmas!

Thanks again to all who helped as well

See you again soon!!

Patrick/Nina:)

I'm tired of hearing these excuses Mark. :p

I can't believe I'm posting this picture. PLEASE, don't laugh... too hard. This picture was taken in 1997. I happened to have it laying out and took a picture of it with my digital camera (broken scanner).

This was for a NSX party at Alex V's house. I was 19 years old and Taylor was about 2-3 months old.

19 months... c'mon. They are ready to drive by then! Where is your dedication? :D

--Conrad

P.S. For the old timers... I happened to earn my cookies at this event.

P.P.S. I believe this event was one of the first showings for the yellow Comptech/Honda widebody NSX-T.

2-3 month olds are easy.....By 19 months they think they can drive....:D Once they learn to walk, you learn to chase, chase, chase, etc....

Tina, Shelby and Myself would like to thank Mark & Amy for the use of their house and everything they did to make this party happen(you have no idea what lengths they went to). Amy Olsen(gourmet treats) and Valerie Iwasaki(cookies&brownies&brie) hand made all of the deserts!!! Some thought that they were flown in from France. Val & Eric brought the tableware and cups. Steve & Sandy Riter, Greg Strang and Gil Leach also helped with the side dishes and drinks. Also, the countless women who helped with Shelby!! That meant so much to Tina, to have someone hold and love her, while she could actually enjoy herself. Thank you guys for all of the help!

On another note.........The gift exchange!!!
This is to the few people who brought that fudge, peanut brittle and the free NSXPO handouts. What were you thinking??? The majority of the people actually took time out of their busy schedules and brought thoughtful gifts. You on the other hand, did not. On that note, this will forever change the way the Christmas Party gift exchange happens. In talking with Steve Riter, we have come up with a solution next time. Everyone attending will pay $20 per person. We will then go shop for you(sounds kinda ridiculous, doesn't it?) and provide tasteful gifts for you to take home. Or, a certain number of expensive gifts(exhaust, TV etc.) will be raffled off. Ok, end of venting..........

Thanks to everyone who attended, you made this a party to remember.
Take care,
Tina, Shelby and John :)
