Oh really? Would you be interested in sharing your info or, if you do it yourself, accommodate more business?

I'm not trying to scam people with recalibration, but this is the cheapest I could find in the states for this service.
$150 to $250 sounds a bit expensive to re-programme the Miles, I'm able to do this here for £50GBP which is around £$80 dollors!

Yeah I totally understand and not saying you are trying to scam anyone, and I really do understand the work you have put into this as I also have done alot of electrical mods, designs and so forth. The $150 to $250 is ok if the programmer was stripping out an S2000 themselves, programming and re-installing on the same car.

But as you guys are already supplying your programmer a guage cluster that has already been removed, then there isnt much work involved to be honest. You just need the right software & Hardware.

I just don't know much about computer programming. I would really need someone to guide me through the process.

To give you an idea on how easy it is to programme the S2000 cluster.

If I had one here, I could do it in around 15mins maybe less.

You also cant programme it without some special software and hardware.

Wow. That's sweet. Like I said, I don't have the equipment here, and I didn't plan on buying the hardware. Say if I send you a cluster, can you guide me through how to do it? Like I like, I have no computer programming knowledge, but I'm willing to learn.

If you send me one I'll do the first for free!

I'll send you a PM.

Just a note, if you plan on buying a gauge cluster yourself, do not buy a 06-07 cluster. The tach and engine coolant temp gauge will not work. This version cluster uses a single data link to give the cluster the info from the ECU.

So the S2000 cluster takes into account TCS, Different fuel tanks (amount of gas), cruise control, signal...all that stuff?

When I moved from my old S2000 to my NSX, which was a long time ago, I really missed that S2000 dash. It was awesome.

Great job with your kit.

Yes, they are missing. The way I see it, oil and voltage gauges are luxury. If your oil pressure is low, your engine is toast not long after.

My advice, get a nav pod and mount voltage and oil pressure gauges.
Looks great.

But arent a couple guages missing? namely the oil pressure and the alternator?

Very Sweet product here man...

quick question... if I have a 2002 S2k cluster... do I need the pigtails or does the adapter harness have them?

Regards

Yes, I'd need some pigtails. I usually advise those buying their own clusters to buy the cluster with pigtails too. If you don't have the pigtails, I can help you find some.

The cluster I have in the pics is an AP2. I only post those pics because I have yet to do a AP1 cluster, but I have the wiring diagram and all necessary supplies to convert this cluster in a NSX.

I would not advise taking out the pins outof a matching type clip and just sending me the clip. This would create for work for me and you.

I do have a spare set of AP1 pigtails in my possession though. I could just charge you the price I paid for the pigtails, if you'd like?

Ross.

Great to see you are thinking of doing this conversion to one of your cars. I love mine and get a tone of questions about it when people see it.

BTW ... I bought the NAV POD and screen from you for the oil pressure and Volt display since the S2000 clusters to not have it. I am going to use the CAMP II system for this.

Let me know if you have any questions. Both Chris and I did a tone of work on this cluster and I think it turned out really good.
