Sounds great Mike. I take it you recieved your package from Iowa. Hopefully your guest is the person who missed Nsxpo. If not its fine also  The more the merrier.

If by "package" you mean the '92 X... I wish. :frown: But you're right on with the special-guest guess.

I thought the "package" was the "X" too. I saw a white one with black top about a month ago on the 408 and thought I could account for all white ones. See ya tomorrow.

Yeah, i thought it was the X also, because you sent me a message asking if i knew any safe and inexpensive place for storage. In the email i answered everything but that. I dont know of any place right off hand.
I couldnt think of anyone else you might have meant by "Special Guest" Lol

Sorry I did not make it. The weather was an issue, having to drive an hour in the rain.

Rain?? Are you afraid of a little liquid sunshine? I mean, it's just an NSX, not an S2000 or anything.

Seriously--big thanks to Nabil & Oster for having us out, I (we) had a great time!

Thanks for inviting the S2000's out!

All of the NSX's are more than welcome to come out to the weekly S2000 meets that we have, we'd love to have you all come out!

LOL! No, it's just a 1 hour drive, in less than desireable conditions.

Probably better you guys didnt come. I'd hate to see one of you guys get in a accident. You guys would probably have more of a chance of getting in a accident than the rest of us.
But you DID miss out on a Great meet! about 7 or 8 Nsx's, and around 15 S2000's, including guys from Tampa
I plan on doing this again, but probably on a Sunday as usual. Even though what we were doing was indoors anyway. Everyone would have liked the chance to check all the cars out. Also, I'm sure more people could have made it on a Sunday.
But this was the S2000 meet night. So everything worked out.

I wanted to say thanks for Nabil & Oster for having the S2000 group over at your place this past Thursday. Thanks for opening up your shop to us, and I know that we all happy to know of yet another place where we can take our S2000's in for service/tune-ups/etc.

Nabil/Oster, please post up the contact info for the company that provided the free nitrogen for us-I didn't get a business card from them.

Thanks again!!

BG is the name of the Company that provided the free Nitrogen for about 10 to 12 cars. Our Rep's name is Dale. The guy assisting him was John. But Dale's email is [email protected]

What Dave said!!

Thanks for having us out and I will def. make the next meet in my car. Interested in a nitrogen switchout myself. I just got new cheapy tires (fuzions) and could use any benefit.

Nice shop and good peoples. Thanks Oster and Nabil!!!!

I was one of the lucky ones who had nitrogen put into their tires (I have an S2000).
Just got back from a day trip from the Oviedo/Winter Springs area to St Pete Beach on Monday.
I started out with about 38miles on my trip odometer, and took the 417 to I4 to I275 to exit 17 and ended up on Gulf Blvd. While in St Pete, I drove around town about 12-15 miles or so. On the way home I had to stop and fill up at I4 and Par Ave at the Shell station. I put in 11.1 gallons (fuel tank holds 12.2 gallons) and the trip odometer was at exactly 305 miles. I figured I got 27.73 MPG.

Whats up Alex, you sound like me. I like to look at the car, but i want to learn something about it too  Thats what I try to focus on here. Everybody has a car show, and i cant compete with that.
But anyways there are a number of benefits.
1. Nitrogen inflated tires last longer, and stay inflated longer.
2. Fuel economy increased.
3. Improves steering.
4. Improves handling.
5. Virtually eliminates pressure fluctuations do to temp changes.
6. eliminates interior wheel corrosion, because there's no moisture.

There are a few other things also. I did however misquote what that service typically cost, actually it runs around $60 for 4 tires. I accidentally said in earlier thread $30.

p.s. You coming 2 the Holdiay brunch Dec 3

Sounds great, paying off already
