NA1 NSX-R hood = old model with 'push up' headlights
The NA1 hood will look the same....only with different contours for NA1
push up headlights

Your question: Are the NA-2- cf replicas vented like the R version or just the usual hoods but made of cf?

All Procar cf hoods will be vented. We got the closed underbody construction and the air leading shield exclusively from Honda R&D, so we can use that complete race technology soon.

Are you including the closed underbody construction and air leading shield? I assume this is the piece that is installed where the spare tire sits to port all the air flow up through the hood... let us know!

The closed underbody construction and air leading shield are not included
into the actual hood project, because we wanna do one step more as the R&D guys.
Therefore we need some development and test time at the track next year.
Actually we are busy producing the hoods.

Yes thats correct, but the Procar kit will content also a special front splitter which ends into the closed front underbody construction.
The R&D air leading shield we have to redesign, because it has to fit also
at NA1. As usual, all parts will be dry vacuum bagged carbonfiber.

We posted pictures from one of our OEM hoods here, thats right.
We wanna show details.
We cant find large and own pictures from such a hood at other websides.
The OEM NSX-R hood will be our reference part which is to compare with the Procar Specials hood. Think thats the highest claim for us.

Actually we are working to concepting the Recaro Type R seats too with original materials like the red alcantara.
Recaro is a german company....so all we need is available.
And...we will have support from an Recaro engineer.
Because we have all OEM Type R stuff we can compare all details.

i like all the Procar Specials products that was introduce to the NSX owners.
i would like to see the final seat product...when will the seats be completed? and have you set a price? where can i purchase the seat?

also using the NA2 recaro Type R red alcantara and have the support from a Recaro engineer is awesome!!! i can't wait for them to be on sale!!

Its a beautiful part, very light, with the NSX-R stickers and the gaskets.
