Kind of wish I had not sold the old one after seeing it for the first time in over three years.
This pic shows the clear lineage of the NSX across 25+ years. The iconic wedged shape is there, it's just modern regulations demands the NSX needs to grow for safety...
Not sure what you're smoking, but no, there is very little resemblance between the two cars.
Not that I'm saying that's a bad thing, mind you. As I've stated before, I think the new NSX is drop dead gorgeous. But with 25 years between the two models, there really shouldn't be a resemblance.

And it's notable that a front-engine Corvette has a low hoodThe Corvette, 458/488, and McLarens are all of similar heights for roof and fenders/hoods in comparison to the NSX.
