Here's a teaser of what should be finished in a few weeks. ***COMPLETED PICS ON PAGE 2***

I was inspired by a Sorcery conversion I saw a while back on a widebody with celica headlights. My urge to do the 02-05 fixed headlight look but also something unique led to this.

Here's what I started with last week...

And the work done as of today...

It looks much better than the Veilside headlight. The mesh on the Marga Hills hood look much better without.

Wow can't believe you chopped your hood and bumper, that takes some balls! Can't wait to see the finished project, looks good so far :)

That bumper is a pain in the @ss anyhow. It sits way too low. I'm having the bottom portion chopped off and cleaning it up with an APR splitter. That will give me another 2.5 maybe 3 inches of extra clearance. I cant lower my NSX because the Marga hills front end is scraping everywhere on stock suspension. It hurts too much to hear the cracking and scraping of my front bumper on the exit of driveways...

No offense, but you just put TOYOTA CELICA headlights on an NSX.

I am pretty sure this violates some sort of ethics code NSX owners have.

The NSX is known for its all-aluminum body. Now, that body is more fiberglass, bondo, etc.

It's not like he cut up a stock NSX. His car clearly has an aftermarket hood and bumper before he did this headlight install. He didn't even have to chop up any OEM parts. I think what he's doing is unique and well done.

Sometimes it's good to see people thinking outside the box.

What was wrong with what you started with? Im just kiddin, I'm in for the finished product. Btw is that pearl white you're working with or is it just me?

Good Luck, hope it comes out looking good

i've been contemplating that hood, now that i've seen a decent shot of it, i think i might go for it. Btw i love what your doing that Sorcery Widebody with those headlights has always been one of my favorites. Cant wait to see the finished product.

I follow my own code of ethics I guess...There are no rules when it comes to car modifications in my book. I would put the honda designed Audi S4 V8 motor in this NSX if I had deep enough pockets.

I can't please everyone, and I'm not about to try... I'm sure it'll put a smile on my face everytime I open the garage tho.

I like it. Big props' for doing something different and making it work. Please post more pics when you have them.

Cool project!

When I saw the first post I was almost waiting for the "oh noes! you've modified the NSX!!!11!!!" response from the (body design) purists.

Looks neat, can't wait to see the finished product. For such a radical looking car, usually a more toned down colour might help even things out a bit, like black or gray. Think of Daniel's gray DF widebody.

Your car reminds me of the Autobacs Garaiya.

Dude that's great! !That's what the 02+ SHOULD have looked like! Much more aggressive and sportscar like than the bug eyes Acura went with.

Seriously as to modding it, it's not like it's a 1 in 10 ever made car... Enjoy it!!

I guess you never knew that Lamborghini put Nissan 300ZX headlights in the Diablo.

Actually, Z32 lights would look great on an NSX. Can someone PS it?

i love the look. I just picked up a set of celica lights and am going to do the conversion. it so cheap and looks the best. i have a 2000 targa white.
do u have pics ov under the hood how you mounted them i am just starting the conversion any tips!
