Since it's been a few years since this was thread was started, there has been some new technology that could make this happen.

Someone could scan an NSX with a CAD/CAM and then 3D print a full sized NSX. It wouldn't be too difficult to drop it onto a Fiero donor car. At least it wouldn't look like a bad Lambo or F-car fake.
