In 2013 I purchased my first NSX,

I got such a great deal I couldn't pass it up. When I got it, it was definitely a work in progress and still is. Today its a whole different animal.

5000 bucks and an is300 (not bad I must say)

issues were:
1991 with Salvaged title 159k
Black with Black plasti-dip
xxr wheels
uneven ride height (blown struts and mixed matched struts)
broken mounts
broken trans
Old motor
Broken door panel
Window Issues
Malfunctioning Headlights
breaks
clutch
and the list goes on
Maybe not the best deal after all but I had a dream HAHA........:confused:


3 Months after purchase I got New wheels Work vvxs 17/18
coils days later Stance Setup (I knew no better):mad:

Needless to say its changed a lot.

First build 2014/2015


I took the car to CJ at RPM in Orange County
purchased a tranny and blown engine from Gary here on prime
sold all my old parts (tranny and Blown motor)
new clutch (acura)
Refreshed the whole motor (purchased the parts from a Prime member)
after a few months without the car and heavy tear down and movement I finally got it back and things were running great.
FINLLY Got it painted after hours of sanding (then I purchased the FXMD widebody kit, Thanks DrMikey from England or somewhere overseas) Still haven't installed it :(

A year later I wanted more power 2016

Purchased angus Turbo kit
GOT MORE POWER
After about 3 weeks and numerous calls and emails to Angus I finally got it installed and running again.
Summer 2016 it has been all done. DID IT MYSELF and I LOVED It :biggrin:
Finally after 8 months of unturned car but only about 250 driven miles (as Directed by Angus himself) I will be getting tuned

Tune will consist of (purchased from SOS)
Tuning @ Church in La area
ID 1000cc injectors
E85 flex fuel set up
GaugeArt CAN Bus VGA
boost controller
Fuel Gauge set up

None tune items

Short shift set up
pulling interior out and getting it all Wrapped in black Suede
Wide body with Black chrome wrap
Do-luck rear wing
Carbon fiber rear Diffuser
New Wheels (yet to be Determined)
GPS alarm from Desmond (he does them for Bait Car) Legit

I will update with more Stuff as I keep going.

UNDER CONSTRUCTION.......... AGAIN!!!!!!! :eek:

People who plasti-dip nsx's should be burned on a stake.:eek:

If still on stock bottom, I'd shoot for 420 whp

If weed wasn't such a strong hallucinagen these days, I might be able to hold my high....:biggrin: Far too strong... I'll stick to my bottle. But that is a good power level for a stock bottom. Did you do MLS head gaskets or are they still oem?

They are brand new Oem ones. Less than 2000 miles all parts have less than 2000 miles since I refreshed my motor clutch and trans.

All these extra parts what should I do with them?

Keep them for when the day comes that you regret making your nsx into a surfboard.:tongue:
 
Just teasing. You'll regret going widebody and actually driving the car on the street. I bought my car with a Marga hills/Taitec body kit. What a POS those things were.....

Just save the parts until you're finished with your WB project. You may change your mind and may not.
