I am a short time away from getting a set of Racing Hart M5 wheels.. What is your opinion of these, first off, secondly, is 17x8 and 18x10 the sizes I need? If so, can someone shoot me some tired sizes please, so that I might go ahead and start looking for those. I know there are a million Rim/Tire threads already up, but none seemed to be what I was looking for. Thanks in advance..

I have the same Rim size and went with 215-40-17s in the front and 265-35-18s in the rear. I bought Sumitomos HTRZ-IIs it's a very inexpensive Tire under $600 for the set. When I buy my next set I will get the Bridgestone S-03s for around $800 and I have had good service from www.tirerack.com

I think they are a very good looking rim. Of course for your car I am sure they will be white

I would go with fresh sizes if it was me.

Actually, I run 215/40/17 and 255/35/18 but my wheel widths are 7" and 8" so I don't know if that helps you.

I run 17x8 and 18x10 Volk GT-P's with 215/40/17 and 265/35/18 Bridgestone Potenza S02 Pole Positions. I am very happy with this wheel and tire setup and did my fair share of research on the subject before buying. The rear tires do not look stretched on the 10" rim as everyone had warned. It might be because of the particular tire model, though. The tires handle great but are no longer available in the front size. I also just put a set of Brabus Monoblock VI's on my gf's SLK with S03 tires. The S02's feel stickier to me, but it might just be the car.

I just bought a set of RH M5 3-pc rims and they looks great. Front 17x8 Rear 18x9.5 with Toyo T1s 215/40/17 & 275/35/18. No rubbing or TCS problems. Let me know if you need pics.

17x8 and 18x10 in rear. 215/40/17. Just installed S03 285/30/18 in rear last night(no tire stretch on rim). Previously had 275/35/18. Have not driven car yet.

CK and AL, do you guys mind emailing me a pic of your car with the rims. [email protected] I am debating on some rims, just want to see how those rims would look. Thanks for the help.
