No matter how hard I try, I find myself scraping or tearing the nose mask going up and down driveways. My 2nd nose mask was just torn this morning as I drove slowly up a driveway. By the way, my car is not lowered. Does Acura make a shorter nose mask, like maybe one that does not wrap from underneath the spoiler?

i am having the same problem with my nose mask. i dont think there is any way to prevent this from happening.

That must be some steep driveway!I have used the same mask(bra) for 6yrs and have only minor scrapes.3yrs of which I was lowered 1.5 in!I would aproach inclines from very oblique angles or take alternate routes.

I have asteep driveway too, but I manage approach the driveway with one tire at a time to avoid scraping anything. So if I am driving up to my house and the driveway is on my right, I get as close to the right side of the curb and then get my right front tire on the driveway and cut hard right. This gets enough lift for the front lip to clear before the left front tire hits the drivewway.. Then I do the reverse when I leave the house (cut hard left to get one tire off the driveway at a time)
Hope this helps...

i have replaced mine 3 times...
The Bosslady drives the car daily and she doesn't seem to have enough of an understanding of approaching obsticals at angles...
I have yet to be charged for one at my local dealer, they seem to be happy there is an NSX driving around with their liscense frames on it...
I look at it this way...
That little piece of plastic is softer and easier to fix than the nose is...
