Cliff's notes:
Cats Exotics (Cats) and Sports Car Company (SCC) are both FerrariChat sponsors who deal in high end cars.

1) Cats buys a "pristine even to the most discerning eyes" Diablo 6.0 wholesale from SCC for $128k... sight unseen
2) The car turns out to be a mess with a washed salvage title, a kit car front end and other nightmare issues
3) Cats wants to return the car to SCC for full refund
4) SCC refuses refund pointing to a signed PO that clearly states "negative on carfax"

Is this the same Cats that referred and vouched for some investment guy to several FChat people who then scammed them for $ thousands?

there has always been controversy surrounding this Cats character. He once sold a stolen Gallardo to a guy. The police confiscated the car shortly after the customer took delivery. Cats refused to give a refund basically saying "it's your problem now". After much pressure from the folks at fchat... Cats reluctantly refunded the customer.

If that's not the truth then I don't know what is. These days a lot of selfish people in this world will seem to go to extra extravagant lengths to stick it to you for some stupid inconsequential amount of money or to save their own ass. I've learned to recognize the difference between trash and recyclables in my garbage. :cool:

Actually, it's a really boring read. It happens from time to time: an unscrupulous dealer clears out and leave a huge mess for everyone else to pick-up behind. Local to me, that thread has been going on forever. Since it involves exotic cars they must think someone gives a damn. News flash: no one does.
