Any of you Vegas NSX'ers want to see the new SOS sub box and subwoofer first hand, I'll be getting mine on Friday. If you want to check it out come Saturday! :biggrin:

I really, really liked your set up and I was about 2 inches away from making that call, but I hesitated because I really wanted a 10" sub instead of the 8". But there really wasn't any good box/10" sub combos available. Just when I couldn't take it any longer and was about to give in, SOS made their announcement on their 10" sub/box combo (just in the nick of time!) :biggrin: Their box is really big (.57 cu ft) and the sub is matched perfectly with the box (at least that is my hope) so I'm hoping I can get a little deeper. I used to have (2) 12" in my old car and I really miss the boom.

Well I was in my Rodeo all day :frown: I would have shown up if I didn’t have to start all that paper work on my new house and from then the wife and I went up to MT.Charleston to let the dogs run. There is still an avalanche warning in Charleston in May the location is in the housing community. That would be a site to see from your back porch :biggrin:

So is anyone planning on going tomorrow? I don't want to bother if nobody's going to be around. I wanted to bring my buddy from out of town to see a bunch of other NSX's (he an RX-7 guy) but he flaked at the last minute, so if this weekend is a bust, no worries.
The full West Wing NSX is me. I didn't know this was happenning right in my back yard for the past few weeks. I'm walking distance from Summerlin StarBuck. When will your next meeting be? I'll try to join if it isn't too early. Bellagio usually keeps me late everynight.

Actually there isn't much on my car worth checking out. It is my beat up work car that takes me to work daily. Everything is stock except body kit, Custom Ground Control suspension, Deli Racing Sways, and RM Exhaust. I'll be sending it to the shop for a complete make-over next month. Need clutch, brake, paint job.....etc. The imfamous Vegas stone chip made a lot dammage on my car....... :frown:

Well I'd say right now it's pretty flexible. Since I haven't heard from any of the other guys, I'd say we're in the driver's seat of planning this one out, IF it even ever takes place.
I don't think we've met. I think you have me confused with the other black NSX. I've only had my NSX for about a year and a half so I probably didn't even have it back then. Also, I'm pretty sure I would have remembered you if we had met (I have a forte in remembering people).
But I still think I might know who you are. By your screen name, is it safe to assume you have a Lotus Esprit? I think I've seen you, since there aren't that many Esprit's around in Summerlin. Probably a few months back I think I saw you at the Summerlin Post Office. And I think a few times before that as well.
Would still like the opportunity to see your car some time. I just got some new side skirts and would like to see how they compare to the WW skirts. Also would like to know who you trusted to do the install and paint and if they did a good job. Any other bodywork tips you can provide?

Esprit, i met you at Ceasers with Bill who was lookin at buyin a Esprit, he eventually got the NSX :biggrin: Bryan how you been, sounds like your box is awesome! Im gonna be back in Newport Beach this weekend, get me away from Vegas its gonna be packed this weekend. :smile:
Yes that was Jason. His friend, Bill, was checking out my Esprit a few years back. There however is another Black Lotus in Vegas. We belong to LV Lotus Club and meet once a month. Club has 4 Esprit, 1 Elise, and hopefully 2 Europa soon.
I purchased my WW Body Kit and most everything through CCS at Spring Mountain. I think they are out of business now which is a good thing since their workmanship was horrible. If you are within 10 feet from my car, you will see tons of imperfections. I now take my NSX to an independent Acura specialist. He was the first American mechanic who was certified for NSX back in the 90's. He is recommending me the shop next to him for my repaint. I'll find out very soon if he is any good.
