It's about time for another Summerlin meet. Would love to be there, but I'll be out of town. Now the following weekend is a different story...

Ya now that im back from Newport Beach i will definetly be there saturday

10am at Starbucks, then lets head to Redrock for a nice drive or Mt Charlston. Jason.

Jason thinking about buying a twin turbo porsche thanks to you! Its a VERY FAST AND SWEET LOOKING CAR and no I am not getting rid of the NSX.

Hello Vegas area NSX's,

I was helping a classmate of mine move today and saw a stock sebring silver NSX in the Anthem area. Anyone of you guys?

I'll finally have my NSX up here late next week. It's almost been 10months  Now that my place is done i'm going to bring it up from storage in AZ. We only have a little over a month left of school and then i'll be available to meet up with all of you. Until then have fun!

Nik

Well we had 3 people there lets try to get more next week, 10am at Starbucks

FYI for those who have not been there - Took a drive through valley of fire today, and I must say it is very nice. You can take a nice curvy 2 lane road all the way back along lake mead. About ~130 miles round trip. Definatly a nice alternative to Mt. Charleston!

We started at star bucks at 10am. Then around 11:30 we drove down to the speedway to see if any one was using the track from there we went to Valley of fire and drove in to overtone for lunch and took that bumpy A@# road around lake mead. Got home around 4 pm.

It definatly could use some new asphalt!

Come on Vegas, represent! It would have been nice to have had a better turnout but then again it wasn't the best weekend to meet up anyway. The sidewalk art sale was going on and the place was packed!

Jason, Bill, it was good meeting up with ya. Here are some pics for those who couldn't make it missed out on. It was pretty sweet to see all of them lined up like that. Bill you had to break up the color scheme didn't you?

Quick question for you vegas NSX'ers. Do you find much hostility toward your NSX, when parked or driving? That's the thing that worries me most about getting one here. I dont want to come out and find it all keyed one day. Someone spitting on it, etc. I dont think vegas would fair very well on the courteous driver list, if there was one.

Just looking for a little advice as it would be my daily driver. Only thing that makes me want to get an S2K instead would be so I could slide under peoples rardar a little bit more and wouldn't have to worry so much about vandals.

Nice pics! We will have more people next saturday we should do the same route Bill and i did and head out thru Valley of Fire, stop in Overton for lunch then head thru Lake Mead, its a good 130-150 mile trip it was awesome! As far as the NSX attracting attention ya it does but i havent had anyone spit or anything like that in the close to 4 years ive had mine, but they do attract alot of attention

I was going to say, as I started downloading the pictures I really began to take notice of how your wheels as hood match up. It looks pretty sweet. I always told myself if I ever got a non-black NSX (heaven forbid  ) I would paint the top to match. But after looking at yours, I think it looks great the way it is and wouldn't change it.

BTW, did you or Jason see the 'other' black NSX with the full Wings West body kit (including hard to miss spoiler) pull out onto the Summerlin Parkway right after our meet? I don't know if it was coincidence or if they just missed us. I think I've seen this car at the Bellagio parking deck more than once. Anyone know who he/she is?

Sure thing! I did every exactly as mentioned here.

Malibu Rapper's 6th post explains it perfectly. Note that in addition to the two wedge parking lights, you'll need 6 festoon bulbs if you want to do the entire interior (two maps, two doors, one driver's floor, and one trunk).

This is where you can find the parking light removal instructions. All the other interior light covers pry off by carefully using a flat blade screwdriver.

All in all, it took about 30 minutes (tops!) and it was extremely easy and satisfying DIY. You'll know what I mean when you turn off the lights in your garage and turn on all your parking lights and open all the doors.

Vega$ are you gonna go thru Valley of Fire and Lake Mead with us this time, lets try to get Sandy and Keith to go also, that would be sweet! Itsbetterthatway you come along with us too

I would love to! Although im a little worried Ill get bit by the NSX bug and drop everything to get one. Im able to fend it off and keep my wallet happy for now only seeing them once or twice a month, but that can't last for too long.
